FanSwype ("we", "us", "our") operates the GOATs family of mobile applications (the "Apps"), including Hollywood GOATs, Movie GOATs, TV GOATs, Music GOATs, Lit GOATs, Anime GOATs, Footy GOATs, Hoop GOATs, Touchdown GOATs, Baseball GOATs, Hockey GOATs, Tennis GOATs, Cricket GOATs, Racing GOATs, League GOATs, Union GOATs, Aussie Rules GOATs, Fight GOATs, Bike GOATs, and GOAT Athletes. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Display name and avatar — chosen during setup. No real name, email, or phone number required.
Rankings and votes — your head-to-head choices and resulting ELO rankings.
Consent preferences — your choices regarding analytics and ad personalisation.
Anonymous device identifier — via Supabase anonymous authentication (no personally identifiable information).
Usage analytics — only if you consent. Aggregated, anonymised.
Device information — device type, OS version, app version (for crash reporting and compatibility).

3. How We Use Your Data

Store your votes and compute personalised rankings.
Enable connections with other users for VS comparisons.
Aggregate anonymised data for global community rankings.
Improve the app experience (only with your analytics consent).
Display advertisements via Google AdMob (non-personalised by default; personalised only with your explicit consent).

4. Data Storage & Hosting

Primary storage: Your device (AsyncStorage — offline-first architecture).
Cloud sync: Supabase (hosted on AWS, encrypted at rest and in transit).
Images: Cloudflare R2 CDN (edge-cached globally).
Website: Cloudflare Pages.

5. Third-Party Services

Supabase — database and anonymous authentication.
Google AdMob — banner and interstitial advertisements.
RevenueCat — in-app purchase management.
Cloudflare R2 — image hosting and CDN.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Access: Request a copy of your data.
Deletion: Delete your profile and all associated data from within the app (Profile > Delete Profile).
Rectification: Update your display name and avatar at any time.
Withdraw consent: Toggle analytics and ad consent in Profile > Data Preferences.
Data portability: Your rankings are stored locally on your device and can be accessed at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are rated 4+ / PEGI 3 and do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Age verification is requested during first use.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will update this page if our practices change. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
